【摘要】 目的建立HPLC法同时测定金嗓开音丸中绿原酸?连翘苷含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:DikmaDiamonsil C18柱,流动相:乙腈-0.085%磷酸,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:280 nm。结果绿原酸进样量在0.037 04~0.370 4μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 69,平均加样回收率为99.02%,RSD为0.82%(n=9);连翘苷进样量在0.020 66~0.206 6μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 48,平均加样回收率为98.81%,RSD为1.01%(n=9)。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好,能排除其他成分的干扰,可用于该产品质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of content of chlorogenic acid and phillyrin in Jinsangkaiyin pills.Methods C18 column was used with acetonitrile and 0.085% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The calibration curves were linear within 0.037 04～0.370 4 μg(r=0.999 69) for chlorogenic acid,and 0.020 66～0.206 6 μg(r=0.999 48) for phillyrin.The average recovery of them was 99.02%(RSD=0.82%,n=9) and 98.81%(RSD=1.01%,n=9),respectively.Conclusion The method is specific,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for quality control.更多还原
