【摘要】 目的观察平阳霉素局部注射治疗牙龈瘤的临床效果。方法对32例牙龈瘤患者,应用平阳霉素+地塞米松+利多卡因混合液对瘤体进行局部注射,观察治疗后的瘤体变化及不良反应。结果全部患者注射后除瘤体局部轻微胀痛不适外,无明显全身不良反应,其中25例3周后复诊时瘤体已完全消失,7例重复注射1次后瘤体消失。结论平阳霉素局部注射治疗牙龈瘤,疗效确切,是一种简便、实用的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating epulis by pinyangmycine(PYM) injection.Methods The mixture of PYM,dexamethasone and lidocaine was injected into the periodontal membrane and epulis of 32 patients,who were followed up to observe the clinical effect and adverse reactions.Results All 32 patients showed good clinical effect except for some slight pain at the injection area.Twenty-five were injected once and the other 7 were injected twice.Conclusion Injection of PYM is a simple and effective therapy for epulis.更多还原
