【摘要】 目的:总结肢体骨折后骨筋膜室综合症(OCS)预防性监护及早期康复的临床效果。方法:对67例肢体骨折患者进行OCS预防性监护和早期康复。结果:随访6~12月,52例肢体骨折患者均愈合良好,未留有后遗症;13例确诊为OCS者立即切开减压治疗并进行早期康复,随访关节活动度及肌力恢复良好;2例留有后遗症。结论:肢体骨折后早期OCS预防性监护及早期功能康复,能明显减少致残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of prophylactic ward and early convalescence nursing for patients with bone fracture and osteofascial compartment syndrome.Methods 67 patients with bone fracture and osteofascial compartment syndrome were treated with preoperative dynamic ward and postoperative convalescence nursing.Results Follow-up was conducted for 6 to 12 months.52 cases with bone fracture were cured without any sequelas.13 cases treated with immediate operative decompression were cured without any joint or muscle dysfunction.But some sequelas occurred in 2 cases.Conclusions The prophylactic ward and early convalescence nursing can reduce the disability rate of patients with bone fracture and osteofascial compartment syndrome.更多还原
