【Abstract】 The problems which exist in the disposition of the rural labor resources in the undeveloped areas of Fujian province have been analyzed;the countermeasures and suggestions of building-up and improving the rural labor market system,setting up the organizations of designing vocational careers for the farmers,helping the farmers to design vocational careers,guiding the farmers to participate in the vocational training suitable for the farmers themselves,opening up the space of obtaining employment,promoting the rational transfer of the rural labor have been put forward.更多还原
