仙草胶提取液脱色工艺的研究Ⅰ——树脂脱色工艺的研究
Study on Decolorizing Hsian-tsao Gum Ⅰ-Resin
【摘要】 【研究目的】研究树脂对仙草胶提取液脱色效果的影响。【方法】从5种离子交换树脂和吸附树脂中筛选出最佳的树脂类型,绘制出吸附等温线,探讨树脂用量、脱色温度、脱色时间、pH、振幅对仙草胶提取液脱色效果的影响。【结果】树脂D301的脱色效果最佳,对仙草胶提取液的吸附完全遵循Freundlich方程。仙草胶提取液树脂脱色工艺的最佳参数为:树脂用量3%,时间3 h,温度50℃。在此条件下脱色率达95.5%,多糖损失率为15.5%。【结论】树脂D301在脱色的同时对多糖有较好的保留率,可应用于工业化生产。
【Abstract】 【OBJECTIVE】The efect of resins on decolorizing hsian-tsao gum was studied.【METHOD】The best resin used to decolorize hsian-tsao gum was selected on five types of ion exchange resin and macroporous absorption resin,then the sorption isotherm was drawn.The influence factors,such as the volumn of resin,decolorization temperature,decolorization time,pH value,amplitude were also studied.【RESULTS】The D301 resin performed best,and agreed with the Freundlich equation.The best result for decolorizing hsian-tsao gum was determined as follows:the volumn of resin was 3%,decolorization time was 3 h and decolorization temperature was 50℃,under which the decolorizing rate reached 95.5%and the loss of polysaccharide was 15.5%.【CONCLUSION】The D301 resin can not only decolor but also hold polysaccharide efficiently,so it’s potential to apply to industry.
