【摘要】 为筛选出烟草黑胫病生防菌,探索烟草黑胫病有效防治方法;采集了云南省9个地州29个县的141个采集土样,采用土壤稀释平板法进行微生物分离和平板对峙培养法进行筛选;分离筛选出280个对黑胫病菌有拮抗作用的菌株,其中抑菌半径大于17mm的拮抗菌有19株。盆栽和田间防效试验表明,以HJ01912表现最好,田间防效达到73.8%;综合以上结果得出:各生防菌株对黑胫病均表现一定的防效,有些生防菌田间防效与化学药剂相当,能有效控制烟草黑胫病。更多还原

【Abstract】 For screening bio-bacterial strains against Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae,and probes effective prevention and cure method of Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae.141 soil sample of 29 country in Yunnan Province was collected,isolated through dilution plate method and screened through confronting incubation on PDA plate.The result shouwed that 280 bio-bacterial strains against Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae were isolated and screened from 141 soil sample,collected from 29 counties of 9 cities in Yunnan.province.Especially inhibition radio of 19 bio-bacterial strains was greater than 17 mms.The green-house pot and field experiment showed that:HJ01912 was best,the contorl effect was to 73.80 %,Syntheti-cally,all above result showed that:this bio-bacterial strains had control effect on Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae respectively,some of them had no no significant diffrence with chemical reagent.更多还原
