基于JC法的水工钢闸门可靠度分析
Reliability Analysis of Hydraulic Steel Gates by JC Method
【摘要】 基于结构可靠度理论,通过对影响水工钢闸门可靠度的主要随机变量的统计分析,在用三维有限元计算闸门强度控制点的基础上,利用应力系数法,获得闸门在失效模式下的极限状态方程。对某工程闸门在3种不同水位作用下,采用JC法分别计算了该闸门初始运行期和工作30年后的结构可靠指标,最终对闸门的可靠度进行了初步的安全评估,为水工金属结构的安全评估工作提供一种新的途径和方法。
【Abstract】 On the basis of reliability theory,this paper has essentially researched the distribution and statistics of the random variables of hydraulic steel gate,and base on intensity calculation of the gate’s crucial points by 3D FEM,has educed the limit state equation of invalidation modes of gate by stress coefficient method.And calculate a gate’s reliability index at the initial operation period and after working 30 years under three different water levels by JC method.Finally,on the basis of the analysis and comparison of the obtained results,the reliability of the gate is elementary estimated,and a new method and approach is provided for the evaluation of hydraulic metal structure.
