超临界CO2萃取冬凌草甲素影响因素分析
Influence Factors of Oridonin Extracted with Supercritical CO2
【摘要】 对提取工艺中萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、分离温度、CO2流量等因素对冬凌草甲素萃取产率的影响进行了研究,结果表明:萃取压力以25 M Pa为宜;萃取温度以55℃为宜;萃取的最佳时间范围为2.5~3 h;分离温度以40℃为宜;CO2流量在60 kg/h时为萃取的最高值,但有波动.
【Abstract】 The impact factors,such as extraction pressure,extraction time,extraction temperature,separation temperature,flow rate of CO2 on the yield of oridonin extraction were studied.The results reveal that the suitable extraction pressure, extraction temperature,extraction time,and the separation temperature are 25 MPa,55℃,2.5~3 hours and 40℃ respectively,but the flow rate of CO2 should be lower than 60 kg/h.
