耐高浓度苯甲醛酵母菌的筛选
Screening of high-concentration-benzaldehyde-tolerant yeasts
【摘要】 选择了6株酵母菌,对其耐受高浓度苯甲醛的能力做了对比性研究,并进行优选。结果表明:酿酒酵母SW-02和2.398经过诱导后可耐受0.8%浓度的苯甲醛。
【Abstract】 This paper screened 6 strains of yeasts and compared their tolerance to high concentrations of benzaldehyde. The results showed that, both of Saccharomyces cerevisiae SW-02 and 2.398 could endure 0.8% benzaldehyde after inducement.
