双自由度Smith预估器在啤酒发酵控制中的应用研究
Application of two-degree-of-freedom Smith predictor in beer fermentation control
【摘要】 针对啤酒发酵过程中所存在的大时滞、时变性等特点,运用了双自由度Smith预估器,在Matlab的Simulink环境中对系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:与Smith预估器比较,双自由度Smith预估器其输出更加稳定,能够获得良好的设定值跟踪特性,对模型参数的鲁棒性明显增强,提高了抗干扰能力。
【Abstract】 A model of the beer fermentation with large time-delay and time-varying was built and simulated in Simulink environment of Matlab with two-degree-of-freedom Smith predictor.The results showed that compared with Smith predictor,the application of two-degree-of-freedom Smith predictor could produce more stable output,give better performance in set-point tracking,enhance the robustness of the model parametres,and increase the capacity of resisting disturbance.
