香蕉皮发酵饲料的研究

【摘要】 以香蕉皮为主要原料,并添加少量尿素、甘薯粉和麸皮,将其混合后,调节水分,经过双螺杆挤压机挤压膨化,得到的产品,再接种一定量的产朊假丝酵母进行发酵。通过对尿素添加量、甘薯添加量、麸皮添加量、接种量和发酵时间对发酵饲料粗蛋白含量的影响进行研究,在单因素试验的基础上,采用4因素3水平的正交试验,确定了挤压香蕉皮最适的发酵工艺为:尿素添加量3%、甘薯添加量10%、麸皮添加量25%、接种量10%,发酵时间3d。发酵后的饲料蛋白含量达到27.87%,可以有效地提高饲料中蛋白含量,用于生产蛋白饲料。

【Abstract】 A novel feed was produced using banana peel as main substrate in this study.In details,the banana peel was mixed with little urea,wheat bran and sweet potato firstly.Then,the mixture was extruded by twin-screw extruder and inoculated with Candida utilis for fermentation.The effects of urea amount,sweet potato amount,wheat bran amount,inoculum and fermentation time on the protein content in feed were studied.The optimum fermentation conditions were confirmed by orthogonal test(4 factors and 3 levels),that was:urea 3%,sweet potato 10%,wheat bran 25%,inoculum 10%,fermenting time 3 d.After fermentation,the protein content of the feed reached 27.87%.With this technology,the protein in feed can be improved effectively.It can be used to produce protein feed.
