葡萄汁酵母菌发酵产辅酶Q10培养基优化的研究
Optimum culture medium of coenzyme Q10 produced by yeast during fermentation process
【摘要】 选用葡萄汁酵母菌(Saccharomyces uvarum(Beijerinck))为出发菌株,通过对其培养基的优化来提高辅酶Q10产量。确定了菌种最佳培养时间为36h,初步确定最佳培养基组成为蔗糖4%,可溶性淀粉0.2%,酵母菌浸粉4%,蛋白胨1%,NaCl0.5%,pH7.0时辅酶Q10产量最大为48.54mg/L,其中蔗糖对发酵产辅酶Q10影响显著。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Saccharomyces uvarum(Beijerinck) was selected as the original strain.The production of Coenzyme Q10 was increased by optimizing the fermentation medium.The optimal incubating time was identified as 36h,and the optimum fermentation medium contained sucrose 4%,soluble starch 0.2%,yeast extract powder 4%,peptone 1% and NaCl 0.5%.When the pH value equaled 7.0,the highest yeild of coenzyme Q10 up to 48.54mg/L,in which the sucrose impacted the production of coenzyme Q10 significantly.
