微生物木聚糖酶的研究进展

【摘要】 木聚糖是植物半纤维素的主要成分,是仅次于纤维素的第二丰富的可再生资源。木聚糖的结构十分复杂,它的完全降解需要多种水解酶的参与而共同完成,其中β-1,4-内切木聚糖酶(EC3.2.1.8)能够以内切方式作用于木聚糖主链产生不同长度的木寡糖和少量的木糖,是木聚糖降解酶系中最关键的酶。木聚糖酶在纸浆、食品、饲料等行业上都有广泛的应用。文中综述了木聚糖酶的结构、分类、诱导和生产、应用等。

【Abstract】 Xylan is the major component of hemicellulose,and the second largest recyclable natural resource after cellulose.Complete enzymatic hy-drolysis of xylan requires the cooperative action of a series of enzymes that cleave side chain groups.Amongst these,endo-β-1,4-xylanase(E.C.3.2.1.8) is the most important enzyme that cleaves glycosidic bonds to produce short chain xylooligosaccharides of various lengths.Xylanase has a wide range of potential biotechnological applications,such as pulp and bleaching processes,food and feed industries.The highlights complex xylan structure,microbial xylanolytic enzymes including their production,properties and their application in industries was reviewed.
