正交异性板钢桥面铺装防水材料试验研究

【摘要】 钢桥面铺装防水材料的选择和实施是影响铺装耐久性关键因素。根据钢桥面铺装特点与技术要求,选择溶剂型粘结剂、环氧树脂胶、Eliminator防水膜、环氧沥青粘结剂四种防水材料进行对比试验研究。考察了防水材料与钢板结合强度、防水材料在铺装体系中的结合强度、防水材料的低温柔性和耐腐蚀性能,结果表明:Eliminator防水材料具有非常优异的强度性能、抗腐蚀性能和低温柔性,适宜于作为钢桥面铺装防水材料。

【Abstract】 The choosing and construction of waterproofing materials are the key factors which influence the durability of steel deck bridge pavement.Accord to the characteristic and technical requirement of steel deck bridge pavement,Solventborne Asphalt-rubber Adhesive、Reactive Expoxy Resin Glue、Eliminator waterproofing film、Expoxy asphalt adhesive were choosed as the waterproofing materials of steel deck bridge pavement for compared experiment.Tensile strength、sheard strength between waterproofing materials and steel plate were tested,also the ability of resistence to salt fog environment corrosion and to distortion under low temperature were studied.Results show that Eliminator is a nice waterproofing materials with high strength、excellent ablity of resistence to corrsion and flexibility under low temperature,which suitable for the pavement of steel bridge deck pavement.
