ATPB—25沥青稳定碎石排水基层的应用研究
Study on the Use of Asphalt-treated Permeable Base for Draining Water
【摘要】 简述了长期滞留在基层顶面的渗入雨水会导致路面产生各种病害,提出了设置开级配沥青碎石排水基层一种积极主动的防排水设计措施,确定了工程所要求的渗透系数和有效空隙率。经过室内试验分析和试拌试铺验证,确定ATPB—25沥青混合料的矿料级配和沥青用量。通过成功铺筑ATPB—25沥青碎石基层试验段,表明设计排水式沥青碎石基层在技术上是可行的。
【Abstract】 It’s outlined that water stayed on surface of road base for a long time will lead to various diseases of pavement.It’s suggested that setting open-graded ATPB is a proactive design and measures.Coefficient of permeability and effective percentage of voids are determined by the requirements of the project.By test and analysis in a laboratory and experimental constrution,mineral aggregate grade and asphalt aggregate ratio are determined for ATPB-25.Constructing ATPB-25 permeable base successfully,it indicate design of ATPB is technically feasible.
