化学混凝沉淀——吸附法处理含氟废水研究

【摘要】 研究了化学混凝沉淀——吸附法处理含氟废水的效果与影响因素.实验结果表明,单投CaCl2沉淀除氟其出水残氟浓度大于15 mg/L,而CaCl2分别与混凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)、FeSO4、Al2(SO4)3联用时,CaCl2+PAC除氟效果比单投CaCl2有显著提高,出水残氟浓度为5.1 mg/L,去除率达95.75%.当CaCl2沉淀剂分别与上述三种混凝剂联用,然后再分别加入助凝剂PAM2~3 mg/L,其处理效果比不加聚丙烯酸胺(PAM)时都分别有明显提高,出水残氟浓度都小于10 mg/L,但效果最好的为CaCl2+PAC+PAM组合,其出水残氟浓度仅为3.9 mg/L.另外,羟基磷灰石(HAP)的吸附容量、吸附速率、除氟效果都优于活性氧化铝,其除氟效率高达92.75%.

【Abstract】 The treatment performances and impact factors of fluoride wastewater using chemical coagulation and precipitation-Absorption process were introduced in this paper.The results showed that the content of fluoride ion in the effluent was over 15 mg/L by CaCl2 precipitation method alone,while the combined process of CaCl2 with PAC achieved quite good removal efficiency when CaCl2 was combined with PAC,FeSO4 and Al2(SO4)3 separately.The fluoride ion concentration of effluent was 5.1 mg/L,and the removal rate of fluoride ion in wastewater was over 95.75%.When 2~3 mg/L of PAM Coagulant aids was posed separately in the above combined processes,the removal rates were efficiently improved.The best treatment process is the combination of CaCl2,PAC and PAM among all the treatment methods,and the residual fluoride ion concentration from the effluent was only 3.9 mg/L.In terms of the Absorption capacity,rate and effect,the Absorbent of HAP is superior to activated alumina in the treatment of fluoride wastewater,and the removal efficiency of fluorine ion reached 92.75% by HAP method.
