【摘要】 本文运用双层市场模型分别探讨了粮食收购市场中粮农、私营粮商、国有粮食收购企业等利益主体之间的关系,剖析了粮食最低收购价政策的综合效应。结果表明:降低市场交易费用、提高交易效率是协调粮食收购市场各主体利益、稳定市场秩序的关键;粮食最低收购价政策能取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。这一研究及其结论对中国粮食购销市场建设和国家粮食安全保障具有极强的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using two-tier market model,the paper firstly explores the relationships among grain producers,private grain purchasing businessman,the state-owned grain purchasing enterprises in the grain purchasing market,and then anatomizes the integrated effect of the policy of the Crops’ Minimum Purchasing Price.Two conclusions are educed.Firstly,reducing the transaction expenses and improving the transaction efficiency are keys to coordinate benefits of the interest groups in the grain purchasing market,and then to stabilize the market order.Secondly,actualizing the policy of the Crops’ Minimum Purchasing Price can get preferable economic benefits and social benefits.The study and its conclusions have practical meaning to the construction of grain market and the protection of national grain security.更多还原
