【摘要】 目的:蒙药光明盐四味汤散对大鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用Wistar雄性大鼠105只,随机分为7组。采用白酒灌胃的方法建立大鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,同时给予蒙药光明盐四味汤散保护。检测血清中ALT、AST,HE染色观察肝脏的病理变化。结果:蒙药光明盐四味汤散降低血清中ALT、AST,明显改善肝组织脂肪样变。结论:蒙药光明盐四味汤散对酒精性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Mongolian Medicine bright salt-4 decoction on rat-alcohol-induced liver injury in.Methods:Using 105 Wistar male rats were divided into seven groups.Liquor gavage method used in the establishment of alcohol-induced liver damage model,at the same time the rats were orally administrated with bright salt-4 decoction respectively dosage.Detection of serum ALT,AST,HE staining of the pathological changes in liver..Results:Mongolian Medicine bright salt-4 decoction lower serum ALT,AST,marked improvement in liver fat-like change.Conclusion:Mongolian Medicine bright salt-4 decoction alcohol-induced liver injury has protective effect.更多还原
