【摘要】 目的:开展壮医目诊诊断消化性溃疡的技术规范化研究。方法:通过壮医目诊观察患者左、右眼"白睛"(巩膜)和黑睛(虹膜)相应反映区所获得的资料,采用六步积分法进行评分及诊断,并与金标准比较。结果:300例疑似消化性溃疡患者经胃镜确诊为消化性溃疡的患者288例,壮医目诊出现阳性眼征为255例,灵敏度为87.8%,假阴性率为12.2%,特异度为83.3%,假阳性率为16.7%,阳性似然比为5:3,阴性似然比为1:6.8,正确诊断指数为87.7%,真实性较好。结论:壮医目诊是壮医具有代表性的特色诊法,具备简便,迅速,安全,准确,便于临床推广等特点,尽管该法诊断消化性溃疡仍有一定的漏诊率和误诊率,但可作为一种普查方法,尤其是在基层有推广应用价值。并可与电子胃镜等检查方法结合应用,对早期发现消化性溃疡,降低消化性溃疡的癌变率等具有重大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study the technical specification for diagnosis of peptic ulcer by eye observation of Zhuang medicine.Methods:collect information about related reflecting parts of the white part of the eye ball,sclera,and the black part of the eye ball,iris,of both right and left eyes,by eye observation of Zhuang medicine,grade and diagnose by six-step integral method,and compare information obtained with the golden standards.Results:Out of 300 suspected cases of peptic ulcer,288 cases are confirmed by electronic gastroscope and 255 cases are found by eye observation of Zhuang medicine to have positive eyes evidence.The sensitivity is 87.8%;the false-negative rate 12.2%;the specificity 83.3%;the false-positive rate 16.7%;the positive likelihood ratio 5:3;the negative likelihood ratio 1:6.8;the accurate diagnosis index 87.7%,all showing ideal authenticity.Conclusion:eye observation is a typical diagnosis in Zhuang medicine and it is simple,convenient,quick,safe,accurate,and easy to promote clinically.Though eye observation still meets certain rate of missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis,it can still be a screening method and it has special value in its application and popularization in local areas.Eye observation can also be applied along with electronic gastroscope or other physical check methods and it has great significance in finding early peptic ulcer and lowing the cancerization rate of peptic ulcer.更多还原
