干预前后青少年心理健康知晓率调查研究
A study on knowledge rate of mental health of Adolescent in pre and after intervention
【摘要】 目的:了解干预前后青少年心理卫生知晓率的提高情况及存在的薄弱方面。方法:对780例中学生采用青少年心理健康知晓率调查问卷进行调查,后随机分为干预组与对照组,对干预组由专业人员进行每月1次共12次的精神卫生知识培训教育,1年后再次采用相同的问卷对全部学生进行调查,进行相关数据统计分析。结果:干预后,应答正确率均有不同程度的提高,其中对抑郁的认识,交往时为什么会紧张等项目,干预前仅为15.6%及19.5%,干预培训后则分别达到了45.3%及65.1%。但对于精神病患者能否参加工作,药物治疗的效果等方面的问题应答正确率仍不尽如人意。干预组经过1年的系统干预后,基本知晓率从52 4%提高到了68.9%。而对照组则无差异。结论:系统的心理卫生知识教育培训利于提高青少年的卫生知识知晓率,促进身心健康。专业、个体、细化的培训可能会使更多的青少年掌握更多的心理卫生知识。
【Abstract】 Objective:To understand changing of knowledge rate of mental health of adolescent in pre and after intervention. Methods :780 middle schools students were surveyed by questionnaire of knowledge rate of mental health, then those were divided into control and intervention group. Students who were in intervention group were educated by mental health knowledge , once a month total twelve. Then they were re - tested by same questionnaire after a year. Results : Correct Rate was higher after intervention than before intervention among of items, Correct rate of depression and tension knowledge was 15.6 percent and 19.5 percent in before intervention and was 45.3 percent and 65.1 percent in after intervention. but the lower correct rate of the question that whether the patient can work, drug treat et al. knowledge rate was 52.4 percent before intervention and was 68.9 percent after intervention control group has no significant. Conclusions: It can increase knowledge rate of mental health by training and education systemic. Promote mental health. Advanced in professional, individual, careful can help adolescent master more mental health knowledge.
