【摘要】 目的:探讨经颅多普勒和脑电图在多发性梗死性痴呆诊断中的应用价值。方法:对40例MID患者进行经颅多普勒和脑电图检测,并进行结果分析。结果:经颅多普勒显示脑动脉血流速度增快或减慢,频谱形态呈高阻型频谱,动脉硬化表现;脑电图显示α节律减慢,出现广泛性或局限性慢波(额区、颞区、顶区)。结论:经颅多普勒和脑电图对多发性梗死性痴呆患者具有一定诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the applied value of TCD and EEG in dignosis of multiinfarct dementia.Methods:TCD and EEG were determined in 40 patients with multiinfarct dementia.The results were analyzed.Results:The main manifestations in abnormal TCD:cerebral blood flow was increased or decreased,abnormal spectral frequency (higher force),showed arteriosclerosis;abnormal EEG included slow α rhythm,suffusing extensive or limitations slow waves.Conclusions:The TCD and EEG detection might be a certain diagnostic value for diagnosis of multiinfarct dementia.更多还原
