【摘要】 目的通过了解育龄妇女对计划生育优质服务的需求,评价优质服务干预效果,为育龄群众提供优质、安全、满意的计划生育技术服务。方法采用封闭式问卷调查,对在本单位提供技术、宣教、药具发放服务现场所有接受服务的育龄群众进行调查,制定干预方案,并逐步落实,分析比较前期及后期服务对象对服务过程和群众满意度的情况。结果我们从以患者为中心、技术能力、避孕药具发放和针对性的技术服务开展个性化服务,建立育龄妇女个性化适宜的服务模式;定量调查和定性研究的结果都表明,开展干预措施后,育龄妇女避孕节育情况、技术服务情况及满意度较干预实施前均有所改善。结论护士的优质服务和水平已被育龄妇女认可和接受,取得了较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the interfering effect of the service quality,and provide high quality,safe and satisfactory family planning service for the fertile-age people.Methods We adopted close questionnaires to investigate all fertile-age women receiving services in the sites of our technology provision,public education,and medicine distribution.Interfering plan were made and carried out step by step,the public satisfaction rate of the service objective to the service procedure in the earlier and later period was compared.Results We carried out the personalized service from the patient-centered,technical capacity,contraception medical instrument distribution,and specific technical service.A personalized and proper service model for the fertile-age women was built up.Both qualitative and quantitative research results showed that the contraception and birth control situation of fertile-age women,technical service,and satisfaction rate were all improved after the intervening measures.Conclusion Fertile-age women have accepted the premium service of the nurses,the intervention yields good effects.更多还原
