【摘要】 目的分析孕期妇女补钙后血钙水平变化及对孕妇和胎儿的影响。方法选择初产健康孕妇600例,随机分为3组:A组未补充钙剂,B组孕妇从孕8个月起每日补充钙剂至分娩;C组孕妇从孕5个月起每日补充钙剂至分娩。測定不同孕期妇女的血钙值。在分娩后收集胎盘和脐血測量脐血钙,并測量新生儿的身长、体重,再分析不同血钙水平孕妇的妊娠结局。结果妊娠期血钙低于正常非孕期,随妊娠进展下降更明显(P<0.05),补充钙组血钙较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。补钙组的临床缺钙症状明显低于对照组。结论孕妇补钙对新生儿的生长发育起积极作用,在妊娠期检测血钙水平是正确指导补钙的最好方法,它对母婴都是非常有益的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the change of maternal serum calcium level during pregnancy and different calcium level effecting on pregnant women and neonates after calcium supplementation. Methods A total of 600 healthy and primary pregnant women were enrolled in this study. There were randomly assigned to 3 groups: A group were not given calcium supplementation;B group who were given calcium tablet daily from the 8 th month of gestation until delivery;C group who were given calcium tablet daily from the 5 th month of gestation until delivery. We detected maternal serum in different phases of pregnancy. The cord venous blood and placenta tissue samples were collected after delivery for measuring Ca. Body weight of the newborn babies were measured. We analyzed the outcomes of pregnant women and neonates. Results The levels of serum calcium in pregnancy were lower than those in normal non-pregnancy and its significantly decreased as pregnancy advanced (P<0.05). In calcium supplementation groups ,serum calcium levels were significantly increased than those in control groups. The incident of clinical calciprive symptom were distinctly lower than control groups (P<0.01) .Conclusion The calcium-given in pregnant women had a positive effect on growth of their newborns . The detection of maternal serum calcium level during pregnancy is the best way to supple calcium properly,and is benefical for mother and fetus.更多还原
