水菖蒲活性成分β-细辛醚对四纹豆象不同虫态的熏蒸毒杀作用
Fumigant Toxicity of β-Asarone against Adults and Immature Stages of Callosobruchus maculatus
【摘要】 为了确定水菖蒲活性成分β-细辛醚对四纹豆象的熏蒸毒杀作用,研究了β-细辛醚对四纹豆象卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫4种不同虫态的熏蒸作用。结果表明:β-细辛醚对四纹豆象4种虫态均有一定的熏蒸作用。β-细辛醚熏蒸四纹豆象卵120 h后,LC50为0.95μL/L。对四纹豆象幼虫以200μL/L的体积比处理后,幼虫的校正死亡率为51.69%。对四纹豆象蛹的熏蒸作用不明显。对四纹豆象成虫熏蒸24 h后,KC50为1.07μL/L,熏蒸120 h后,LC50为0.73μL/L。
【Abstract】 The fumigant toxicity of β-asarone extracted from Acorus calamus against the adults and immature stages of Callosobruchus maculatus were studied.Results: β-asarone has fumigant toxicity to all the four stages.For C.maculatus eggs being treated with β-asarone for 120 h,the LC50 is 0.95 μL/L.The larva mortality is 51.69% when treated with β-asarone at 200 μL/L concentration for 120 h.β-asarone shows little fumigant activity to C.maculatus pupa.For C.maculatus adults being treated with β-asarone for 24 h,the KC50 is 1.07 μL/L;and for the adults being treated for 120 h,the LC50 is 0.73μL/L.
