稀土壳聚糖对四川山地乌骨鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响

【摘要】 探讨在基础日粮中添加不同剂量的稀土壳聚糖对四川山地乌骨鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响;在确定适宜添加剂量的基础上,进一步研究日粮中单独添加稀土和壳聚糖与稀土壳聚糖对四川山地乌骨鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响。试验分别选用1日龄健康四川山地乌骨鸡240只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复12只鸡,进行为期56 d的饲养试验。试验结果表明:在基础日粮中添加稀土壳聚糖可显著提高四川山地乌骨鸡的平均体重和日增重,0.10%稀土壳聚糖组效果最显著。在血清生化指标方面,稀土壳聚糖和稀土均能显著提高血清Ca含量,降低血清胆固醇浓度、血清碱性磷酸酶含量(P<0.05),稀土壳聚糖效果最好;其它血清生化指标差异不显著(P<0.05),但均比对照组低,尤其稀土壳聚糖组胆固醇含量最低。稀土壳聚糖在四川山地乌骨鸡日粮中的适宜添加量为0.10%;稀土壳聚糖对四川山地乌骨鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响效果优于分别单独添加稀土和壳聚糖。

【Abstract】 To study the effect of different dose of rare-earth-chitosan on the growth and serum parameters of Sichuan bone-black chickens,the fitting addition dose was determined firstly,then the effects of adding rare-earth,chitosan,and rare-earth-chitosan respectively were further studied.A total of 240 one-day-old Sichuan bone-black chickens were randomly allotted to 5 dietary treatments,4 repetition per treatment and 12 birds per repetition;the experiment period were 56 d.Results show that adding rare-earth-chitosan into basal diet significantly elevates the average weight and average daily gain of Sichuan bone-black chickens and the fitting addition dose is 0.10%.As to the serum parameters,both the rare-earth-chitosan and the rare-earth treatments improve the concentration of serum Ca,decrease the concentrations of serum cholesterol and AKP(P<0.05),and the rare-earth-chitosan treatment displays the best;while no significant difference(P<0.05) is showed on other parameters.Based on these results,it is concluded that the fittest addition dose of rare-earth-chitosan is 0.10%,and the effect of adding rare-earth-chitosan on the growth performance and serum parameters of Sichuan bone-black chickens are better than adding rare-earth and chitosan separately.
