高、低淀粉玉米自交系淀粉结合蛋白的表达研究

【摘要】 以高、低淀粉玉米自交系为材料,主要通过SDS-PAGE电泳及Qualityone软件对SGAPs的动态表达进行了研究。研究表明在15~35 DAP时,提取SGAPs的总量出现两头低中间高的趋势,并且在20~30 DAP时达到稳定,高、低淀粉玉米自交系GBSSⅠ蛋白的表达规律基本相同,但SBEⅡb、SSⅠ、zein蛋白表达差别很大。

【Abstract】 High-starch and Low-starch content maize inbreds have been used as experiment materials,whose starch granule-associated protein(SGAPs) dynamic expressions were researched by SDS-PAGE and Qualityone software.Our experiment results show that the SGAPs total quantity is high at middle filling period and low at early and later filling periods at 15~35 DAP,and reaches a stationary phase of maximal content at 20~30 DAP.The expressions of the GBSSⅠ proteins of high-and low-starch maize inbreds are similar,however the expression models of SBEⅡb,SSⅠ,and zein proteins are notable different between them.
