【摘要】 目的探讨COX-2和Survivin蛋白在食管鳞癌恶变过程中表达的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测57例食管鳞癌组织和其癌旁正常食管黏膜的COX-2和Survivin蛋白的表达,探讨其与食管鳞癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果COX-2和Survivin蛋白阳性表达主要定位于肿瘤细胞胞质内。COX-2和Survivin在57例食管鳞癌组织中呈明显高表达,在正常食管黏膜呈低表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);COX-2和Survivin表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移有明显相关性(均P<0.05);食管鳞癌癌组织中COX-2和Survivin蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.387,P<0.05)。结论COX-2和Survivin的高表达可能共同参与食管鳞癌的发生、发展,对判断食管鳞癌预后可能具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between the expression of COX-2 and Survivin in the progression of human esophagus squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods The expression of COX-2 and Survivin were detected by immunohistochemical method in 57 cases of ESCC and matched normal musoca.Results The expression of COX-2 and Survivin protein was located in the cytoplasmof cells.Expressions of COX-2 and Survivin in ESCC were higher than in normal gastric mucosa tissues;The difference of the expression of COX-2 and Survivin in ESCC of different histological types,different infiltrative depth and lymph node metastasis was significant;Significantly positive correlation was found between the expression of COX-2 and Survivin.Conclusions The expression of COX-2 and Survivin is related with the progression of ESCC and they might serve as significant predicting factors for this disease.更多还原
