【摘要】 目的比较朝鲜族和汉族中老年人群高血压及其相关危险因素的分布特点。方法对随机抽取的2542名朝鲜族和汉族中老年人进行问卷调查,并测量体格指标及血压,同时测定空腹血脂及血糖。结果①朝鲜族和汉族人群的吸烟率、超重及肥胖、高脂血症、高血糖等高血压相关危险因素的分布特征存在差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。朝鲜族男女高血压患病率均显著高于汉族(P<0.01)。②本地区人群中的朝鲜族、男性、年龄大者、肥胖者和高脂血症者,高血压患病的危险性较大。结论朝鲜族和汉族人群的高血压病与其相关危险因素的分布有差异,可能与不同民族饮食因素、生活习惯、体力活动和遗传因素不同有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the distribution of hypertension and its related factors in the middle-aged and elderly in Korean and Han population.Methods A total of 2 542 subjects aged 40～70 years were finally selected.Height,weight,waist,blood pressure,serum lipids,and glucose were measured.Results(1) The mean level of diastolic pressure and the rates of generally obesity(BMI≥24 kg/m2),smoking,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,and hypertension had significant ethnic differences.The prevalence of hypertension was progressively higher with the increases of age in both ethnic groups.(2)The prevalence of hypertension was positively correlated with nationality(Korean),sex,age,generally obesity,centrally obesity,smoking,and hyperlipidemia in this area.Conclusions There are significant differences in the distribution of hypertension and its related factors between Korean and Han nationalities,which might result from the comprehensive role of different dietary factors,lifestyle,as well as genetic background.更多还原
