【Abstract】 Objective To research the effects of ultrasound-mediated microbubble contrast agent (MBCA) of different concentrations on human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC)activity. Methods The effect of ultrasound-mediated MBCA of different concentrations on HUVEC activity was detected by MTT colorimetric experiment. Results Ultrasound-mediated MBCA of higher concentration decreased the quantity of viable cells.Conclusions Ultrasound-mediated MBCA of different concentrations exerts different effects on the quantity of viable HUVECs.更多还原
