【摘要】 目的为制定中国老年女性一秒率参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国53个市(县)级医院和有关科研单位及高等院校测定的4880例健康老年女性一秒率参考值。应用SPSS15.0统计软件,运用相关分析的方法,研究了其与六项地理因素指标的关系。结果老年女性一秒率参考值与地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系。利用主成分分析及回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程。通过克里格(Kriging)插值法精确地内插出中国老年女性一秒率参考值的空间趋势分布图。结论知道中国某地的地理要素,就可用此回归方程估算该地区老年女性一秒率参考值,同时也可以从空间趋势图得到中国任何地方的老年女性一秒率参考值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To supply a scientific basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese old women′s FEV1.0%.Methods A research was made about the relationship between the reference value of 4 880 Chinese healthy old women′s FEV1.0% and six geographical factors from 53 units.Results The correlation of the reference value of old women′s FEV1.0% and geographical factors was quite significant by correlation analysis of SPSS15.0.A regression equation obtained by principal component analysis and regression analysis.Finally,through geostatistical analysis module of GIS spatial analysis and Kriging interpolation method,geographical distribution map of the reference value of Chinese old women′s FEV1.0% was precisely interpolated.Conclusions If geographical values are obtained in some area,the reference value of Chinese old women′s FEV1.0% can be obtained by the regression equation,and the reference value of adult women′s FEV1.0% in any area can be obtained from the geography trend-surface distribution figure.更多还原
