【Abstract】 From co-evolutional perspective,this paper constructed an endogenous theoretical framework of governance of global value chain(GVC),based on the interaction relationship among transaction cost,capability configuration and governance at organizational and spatial levels.Using this framework we can remedy the limitations of GVC paradigm effectively and get more insights about the upgrading logics of industrial clusters in developing countries.更多还原
