【摘要】 目的:探讨McKenzie法结合运动疗法及牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及其力学效应。方法:90例确诊患有该病的患者随机分为2组各45例,A组采用McKenzie法结合运动疗法及牵引,B组采用中医推拿配合中频电疗及牵引治疗。治疗前后均使用日本矫形外科学会(JOA)下背痛评分标准评分,并进行疗效评价。结果:治疗前2组患者JOA下背痛评分差异无统计学意义;治疗20 d后2组JOA评分与治疗前比较均有提高(P<0.01),2组间比较,A组明显高于B组(P<0.05)。临床疗效比较,A组痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:McKenzie法结合运动疗法及腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症能显著提高康复疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effectiveness of Mckenzie therapy combined with exercise therapy and lumbar traction treating lumbar disc protrusion and to discuss its mechanical effect.Methods:Ninety patients with lumbar disc protrusion were randomly divided into two groups(trail group,n=45 cases,and control group,n=45).Patients in the two groups were treated with lumbar traction,while those in the trail group were treated with Mckenzie therapy and exercise therapy,and those in the control group were treated with massage and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy at the same time.The results before and after treatment were evaluated according to Treatment Results Scale of Lumbar Disease formulated by Japanese Orthopedic Association.Results: The scores for the lumbar vertebral function had no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment.Score obtained in the post-treatment trail group,as well as the improvement index,was distinctly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The rehabilitation effects and the mechanical effect of combination of Mckenzie therapy and exercise therapy,lumbar traction on lumbar disc protrusion are satisfactory.更多还原
