【摘要】 目的探讨纵隔淋巴管瘤的临床表现、诊断、以及外科手术治疗。方法7例纵隔淋巴管瘤,男3例,女4例;术前胸部CT检查提示纵隔内有囊性肿块。所有病例选择外科手术治疗,其中胸部正中切口4例,1例行右胸后外侧切口开胸手术;2例颈部锁骨上窝竖切口。结果所有病例手术顺利,囊肿完整切除,术后病理证实为淋巴管瘤。结论纵隔淋巴管瘤属良性肿瘤,外科手术治疗可取得良好的治疗效果,随着微创技术和腔镜外科的发展,多数包膜完整的纵隔淋巴管瘤可通过微创或腔镜治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods,surgical management and prognosis of patients with mediastinal cystic lymphangioma.Methods Seven patients with mediastinal cystic lymphangioma were analyzed retrospectively.Results Seven patients were operated with complete resection and proved cystic lymphangioma with anatomy,there was no recurrence during long-term follow-up.Conclusion Cystic lymphangioma of mediastnum are benign and could be detected with CT.Surgical resection can achieve effective result and satisfactory prognosis.The minimal invasive technology and video assisted thoracoscopy surgery are of special value in this treatment in the near future.更多还原
