不同载体上TS-1分子筛膜的制备与表征
Synthesis and characterization of TS-1 zeolite films on the surface of different substrates
【摘要】 分别以多孔不锈钢,α-氧化铝及氧化锆修饰的α-氧化铝为载体,采用原位水热法合成了TS-1分子筛膜。扫描电镜(SEM)检测结果表明,3种载体的微结构差异较大,多孔不锈钢与α-氧化铝载体表面粗糙,表面存在明显的孔隙;而氧化锆薄层表面平整,无明显孔隙存在。在多孔不锈钢载体上可得到连续致密、a-轴取向为主的TS-1分子筛膜,在α-氧化铝载体上制备的TS-1分子筛膜无序且不连续,而以氧化锆修饰的α-氧化铝为载体,得到的膜层不连续。X射线衍射(XRD)测量结果显示,水热合成后3种载体表面的分子筛晶粒均为典型的TS-1结构。载体表面的物化性质与几何结构对TS-1分子筛膜的形成有重要影响。
【Abstract】 On the surface of porous stainless steel,α-Al2O3,and zirconia modified α-Al2O3,TS-1 zeolite films were synthesized by the in situ hydrothermal reaction.The SEM observations show that the microstructure of TS-1 zeolite films on different substrates is different.The surface of stainless steel and α-Al2O3 discs is rough with large surface pores,but the surface of the zirconia layer is smooth without large surface pores.The tight,continuous and preferentially a-oriented TS-1 zeolite film can be fabricated on the stainless steel substrate,whereas on the α-Al2O3 disc,the TS-1 zeolite film is randomly oriented and non-continuous.With the zirconia modified α-Al2O3 as substrate,the TS-1 zeolite film can not be obtained.The XRD patterns of the synthesized films reveal that the crystals on the substrate surface have TS-1 zeolite structure after the hydrothermal reaction.The physicochemical and geometric properties of substrates play an important role in the formation of TS-1 zeolite films.
