【Abstract】 The ZHS vacuum vapor treatment system was successfully developed, of which the configuration, working principle, application scope and features were discussed. Compared with the similar systems such as a slide valve vacuum pump in combination with a 3-stages Roots-liquid ring pump, the vacuum vapor treatment system we developed shows the superiority in energy saving. The tested data of the system under different pressures provide an appropriate reference for actual applications.更多还原
