涡旋真空泵运行工况流场的计算机模拟研究

【摘要】 在相关试验的基础上,通过分析软件ANSYS和C++语言编程对涡旋真空泵工作过程的流场进行了模拟分析,获得了涡旋真空泵运行工况下个月牙形封闭压缩腔内压力场分布和排气口速度场分布情况。相关结果表明,所进行的分析和研究基本上可以反映涡旋真空泵运行过程中流场分布及变化情况,从而为其设计参数及相关因素的确定提供有效的分析手段。

【Abstract】 Based on dependence tests, the flow field in a scroll vacuum pump during operation was simulated and analyzed by means of the software ANSYS and programming by C++ language. The field distributions of both pressure within enclosed crescent compression chamber and velocity at exhaust outlet were therefore obtained for an operating scroll vacuum pump. The correlated results revealed that the analysis done can reflect basically the flow field distribution and its variation in an operating scroll vacuum pump, which will provide an efficient approach to the setting of various parameters in design and correlated influencing factors.
