【Abstract】 Penicillin G sulfoxide was synthesized with penicillin G potassium salt as starting material and oxidized by peracetic acid,with yield of 97.3%.Results showed that the optimal yield was obtained by adding penicillin G potassium salt to 18% peracetic acid.Penicillin G sulfoxide can be crystallized directly from the solution by adjusting to pH1.5 wath dilute sulfuric acid.更多还原
