【摘要】 目的探讨In-Ceram全瓷冠结合铸造金属桩修复上颌前牙牙体缺损的临床效果。方法60例患者,184颗牙随机平均分成两组,实验组以In-Ceram全瓷冠和铸造金属桩修复;对照组以Ni-Cr金属烤瓷冠和铸造金属桩核修复。采用美国加利弗尼亚牙科协会的评价标准对临床结果进行追踪评价。结果经3年的临床观察,实验组的颜色满意程度、牙龈着色、牙龈反应、边缘适合性及边缘着色均优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);修复体完整度方面两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.65)。结论In-Ceram全瓷冠修复牙体缺损的临床效果优于金属烤瓷冠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of In-Ceram all ceramic crown and cast post-core in restoring maxillary anterior tooth defect.Methods A total of 60 patients(184 teeth)were randomly divided into two groups:in the experimental group,30 patients of 92 teeth were restored with In-Ceram all ceramic crown and cast post-core;and the control group,30 patients of 92 teeth were restored with Ni-Cr porcelain-fused-to-ceramic crown and cast post-core.The California Dental Association quality assessment evaluation system was used to assessing the clinical results.Results After 3-year’ s follow-up,significant defference was observed between the two groups(P < 0.01).The color stability,gingival coloration,gum reaction,margin adequacy and marginal discoloration of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group.However,there was no significant difference(P =0.65)with respect to the prosthesis integrity.Conclusions In-Ceram all ceramic crown has a better effect on maxillary anterior tooth defect restoration compared with porcelain-fused-to-ceramic crown.更多还原
