氧化镁真空碳热还原行为研究

【摘要】 本文在真空条件下碳还原氧化镁行为的热力学和动力学进行研究。热力学研究表明,氧化镁真空碳热还原反应是C直接还原MgO,动力学研究表明,氧化镁真空碳热还原反应机理符合界面化学反应模型,动力学方程为1-(1-α)1/3= 0.192e-221400/RTt,表观活化能E=221.4kJ·mol-1

【Abstract】 The thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of the carbothermic reactions-a thermic chemical reactions which use carbon as the reducing agent at high temperature of magnesia under vacuum conditions were studied.The results show that magnesia is directly reduced by carbon instead of CO,and that the reaction at the interface of carbon and magnesia accounts for the carbothermic reduction in vacuum.The kinetic equation was expressed as1-(1-α)1/3= 0.192 e-221400/RT t,with an apparent activation energy,E=221.4kJ·mol-1.The strengths and weaknesses of the carbothermic reduction of magnesia in vacuum were also tentatively discussed.
