基于TDLAS的城市天然气管道泄漏检测系统
Design of a natural gas leak detection system with tunable diode laser Absorption spectroscopy
【摘要】 将TDLAS(tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy)技术应用于城市天然气管道泄漏检测及定位.阐述了天然气管道泄漏检测系统的设计原理,介绍了所选用的二极管激光器和多次反射吸收池的特性.实验测量给出了二极管激光器最优的参数设置,得到了系统的最低检测限(2.7×10-6)、线性响应度和系统换气速率(9.3~11.3次/min),运用数值模拟方法得到了天然气管道泄漏后气体浓度沿管道的分布情况,提出了对天然气管道泄漏定位的方法.
【Abstract】 Tunable diode laser Absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) was used for natural gas leakage detection,and its principle was analyzed. The selection of the diode laser and the photodiode for natural gas leakage detection system and the characteristics of the laser diode and photodiode were introduced. The measurement results show that the lowest gas detection level is 2.7×10-6 and gas change times per minute is 9.3~11.3 times/min. The gas concentration along the natural gas line with number modulation was obtained,and a natural gas line leakage detection method was proposed.
