一种适用于分布式MIMO-OFDM系统的时间同步算法
An OFDM timing synchronization method for multi-cell systems
【摘要】 在分布式MIMO-OFDM系统中,同步需要更多的资源开销,并且要同时维护若干根天线之间的同步.为此在一种新的分布式三角形小区结构的基础上,设计了适用于分布式系统的前导符号结构,进而提出一种新的MIMO-OFDM同步方法.该同步方法不需要在接收信号与本地序列之间做OFDM符号长度的相关.其相关长度可以缩短到经典时域相关方法所需长度的1/4,在相关后再对相关值做简单处理即可.仿真结果表明,提出的算法在保持同步性能不变的情况下,可以大幅度减少运算量,缩短同步所需时间.
【Abstract】 In distributed MIMO-OFDM systems,the synchronization model requires more resources and multiple antennas’ synchronizations have to be maintained at the same time.Based on a new distributed triangle cell structure,a preamble structure is designed and a novel MIMO-OFDM synchronization algorithm is proposed.With the proposed synchronization algorithm,the received signals do not need to correlate with the local sequence whose length is the same as that of the OFDM symbol.Instead,the correlator’s length can be shortened to one-fourth of the length of the OFDM symbol,after which only some simple operations are needed to complete the process.The simulation results show that,while maintaining the synchronization performance of the traditional method,the proposed method can greatly reduce the complexity of synchronization and shorten synchronization time.
