中国石化近几年钻井液技术发展

【摘要】 总结了中国石化近几年钻井液技术的发展情况,介绍了正电性钻井液的性能与应用情况,无(低)固相低密度钻井液技术的研究与应用情况,超低渗透钻井液技术在江苏油田兴庄产能建设项目中的应用情况,高矿化度微泡沫钻井液技术在江苏和江汉油田的应用情况,水基成膜钻井液在江汉油田的应用效果,同时对裂缝性气层保护原则和川东北地区复杂漏失层防漏及堵漏技术难题进行了分析,提出了今后几年钻井液技术工作的重点。

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the progresses made by Sinopec in drilling fluid technology, and introduces the performance and application of positively charged drilling fluids. Analyses are done as to the study and application of solids-free low density drilling fluids, the application of ultra-low filtration drilling fluid technology in the Xingzhuang Project in Jiangsu Oilfield, the application of high salinity micro-foam drilling fluid technology in Jiangsu and Jianghan oilfields, as well as the application of filming water based drilling fluids in Jianghan Oilfield. Protection of fractured gas reservoirs, and mud loss control in northeast Sichuan are also analyzed in this paper. Key points of drilling fluid technology development in the coming several years are presented.
