轴承套圈冷辗扩中圆度辊随动导向应用研究

【摘要】 圆度辊的运动控制是轴承套圈冷辗扩技术的关键。分析了圆度辊随动导向的原理,并得出了其中心的运动轨迹。通过baqus软件模拟了双沟球轴承外圈冷辗扩过程,同时实验验证了模拟的正确性。仿真结果表明,采用该圆度辊控制工艺进行冷辗扩可以得到质量比较理想的轴承套圈。

【Abstract】 The motion controlling of rounding-roll is the key to cold bearing rings rolling technology. The theory of the following motion of rounding-roll is analyzed and the trajectory in the center is calculated, the two -groove ball -profile -section ring cold ring rolling is simulated according to baqus software; at the same time, the correctness of simulation is verified by experiment. The simulation result indicated that the good quality bearing rings can be manufactured by this controlling technology of rounding -roll in cold ring rolling.
