基于虚拟样机技术的齿轮泵设计

【摘要】 采用有限元法对齿轮泵泵体的结构和受力进行分析,以Solidworks软件为平台,建立了齿轮泵三维模型。利用Solidworks中运动学分析插件COSMOSMotion对齿轮泵进行了运动学仿真和分析;利用集成的COSMOSXpress这一有限元分析插件实现在实体造型之后的应力分析;利用插件COS-MOSFloXpress对齿轮泵中液体的流动状态进行分析,从而提高了齿轮泵的设计效率。

【Abstract】 This article uses a finite element method to analyze the structure and force for the gear pump’s body, takes Solidworks software as platform, a 3D model of gear pump has been built up. Using the COSMO- SMotion software, the motion simulation and analysis on gear pump have been received;by means of COSMOSXpress, the stress analysis on gear pump’s body has been made;using the software of COSMOS- FloXpress, the analysis on liquid flowsituation of gear pump has been completed. Thus the design effi- ciency of the gear pump has been quickly improved.
