【Abstract】 The tool magazine positioning control technique of micro -machining center is introduced. The system composing, hardware interface, development technique of the 1PG positioning module are discussed. The 1PG initialization setting, manual control, control method of cutter selecting and tool magazine pre- cise positioning are analyzed in detail, it shows by practical operation that the system is a stepper motor tool magazine control system with simple tool exchanging and accurate positioning.更多还原
