数控机床可靠性分配的模糊决策法

【摘要】 可靠性分配是可靠性设计中不可缺少的一部分。对于数控机床这种机电一体化的复杂产品,一方面影响系统可靠性的因素很多,而且有一部分不能精确的进行描述,只能通过专家评价;另外一方面就是,系统结构非常复杂,可靠性分配比较困难。因此,传统的可靠性分配方法不能够很好的进行数控机床可靠性分配工作。针对这一问题,提出了数控机床可靠性分配的模糊决策法,对其基本思路和步骤进行了介绍,对可靠性分配公式进行了定义,并结合具体的计算实例进行验证。

【Abstract】 Reliability allocation is an indispensable part in reliability design. NC machine is a complex mecha - tronical product. There are many influencing factors of reliability allocation, and a part of them can not be described accurately; it can only be evaluated by the experts. On the other hand, the NC machine structure is very complex; it is difficult to allocate the reliability by the traditional reliability allocation method. Because of this problem, fuzzy decision method is proposed in this paper to allocate the NC ma- chine reliability. The basic idea and steps is introduced, the formula of reliability allocation is defined, and an example is calculated.
