基于切削噪声测试的数控加工颤振识别系统
Chatter Recognition System of NC Machining Based on Analysis on Audio Signal
【摘要】 通过对机床切削过程中产生的噪声进行测量和分析,采用时域与频域相结合的方法判断机床是否产生切削颤振。采用虚拟仪器的思想,开发了"基于切削噪声测试的数控加工颤振识别系统"。系统硬件部分采用普通麦克风与计算机声卡进行切削噪声信号的采集;软件部分分为:信号采集,信号分析以及噪声回放三个模块。实验证明,该系统测试方法简单,判断结果准确。
【Abstract】 Measurements of noises during machine tool cutting are taken, whose analysis is used in chatter recogni- tion, using time -domain and frequency-domain combined method. Chatter recognition system of NC machining based on analysis on audio signal is developed using virtual instrument technology. Simple microphone and sound chip of computer composed the hardware of this system; and the software has three modules: sampling, analysis and replay. The method used in this system is concise, while the re- sults are proved to be true.
