【摘要】 目的:研究外周血血小板与食管癌的关系。方法:比较415例食管癌患者及325例对照人群血小板水平,并分析血小板水平与食管癌患者临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:食管癌患者外周血血小板水平(286±88)×109/L显著高于正常人群(204±114)×109/L;食管癌患者血小板增多的比例为23.6%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。食管癌患者血小板与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:血小板升高可能与食管癌的发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the association between the platelet count of peripheral blood and clincopathologic parameters of esophageal carcinoma. Methods:Platelets of peripheral blood were measured in 415 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 325 healthy subjects as control. The correlation of platelet counts and clinicopathological features of cancer was analyzed. Results:Platelet count in patients with esophageal carcinomas (286±88)×109/L was significantly higher than that in the control subjects [(204±114)×109/L,P<0.05]. Increased platelet counts (>300×109/L) was significantly associated with tumor infiltration and lymph node metastasis in patients with esophageal cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion:Platelet count of peripheral blood might be associated with the development and progression of esophageal cancer.更多还原
