邻甲苯胺重氮化-水解制备邻甲酚工艺改进

【摘要】 以邻甲苯胺为原料,采用重氮化-水解法制备高纯度邻甲酚,通过正交实验和单因素实验对重氮化反应工艺条件进行了优化。实验结果表明该反应的优化反应条件为:n(重氮化硫酸):n(邻甲苯胺)=3.4:1,硫酸溶液浓度为3%(m:m),亚硝酸钠溶液的浓度为35%(m:m),加料速度为0.8mL/min。重氮液的滴加速度为20mL/min。在优化条件下,邻甲酚收率可达86.2%,纯度99.5%。

【Abstract】 The o-cresol is an important intermediate of synthesizing many fine chemical products.The diazotization and hydrolysis process was used to synthesize high-purity o-cresol using o-toluidine as the main material.The reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal design and single factor design.It indicated that the optimal conconditions as follows:n (sulphuric acid) ∶n (o-toluidine)=3.4∶1,the concentration of sulphuric acid solution 35wt%,the adding rate of 35wt% NaNO2 solution 0.8ml/min,the adding rate of diazotization solution 20ml/min .The yield of o-cresol could reach 86.2%under those optimized conditions and the purity was 99.5%.
