瑞力芬合成的改进
Technological Improvement of Synthesis for Relafen
【摘要】 目的:探讨合成瑞力芬的新方法.方法:以2-甲氧基萘为原料,在超声波作用下合成瑞力芬.结果:通过与文献报道路线的对比,可知在超声波作用下合成此药物反应时间由原先的13.5小时缩短到7.5小时、产率由23.9%提高到39.4%.结论:此法在合成瑞力芬时,能够使合成时间缩短且产率提高.
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore new method for synthesis of Relafen. Methods:A new synthetic method for Nabumetone was studied by the treatment of the 2-methoxy naphthalene under ultrasound. Results:This new synthesis method would be shortened time from 13.5 hours to 7.5 hours and yield wolud be increased from 23.9% to 39.4% .Conclusions:This new synthetic route is feasible to the preparation of Relafen.
